Here's a sneak peek into our morning with the Colorado Mesa University Faculty Jazz Quintet!

Beyond a wonderful performance, the faculty provided some information about CMU, music ensembles, and areas of focus as a music major, minor, or as a non-music student interested in staying involved in music while attending CMU.

We are incredibly thankful CMU made us one of their stops while touring northern Colorado and we are hoping to bring the CMU Rowdy Brass Band to MHS later in the school year!

The Unified Percussion Ensemble is a performance-based ensemble for students with intellectual disabilities. The class is a collaborative effort from the student mentors, performing members, instructional paras, and music director.
